Sal has a decade of experience in investment banks, starting his career in fixed income, then moving to a futures & options prime brokerage sales desk, and later to equity finance. He ended his investment banking career in hedge fund sales within a prime brokerage team, working across EMEA and Hong Kong.

After leaving investment banking, Sal has spent the last 8 years in direct sales, building a distribution network across EMEA, the Nordics, MENA, APAC, and North America, where he leads sales teams in these markets. He is a recognized authority in the field, having held numerous keynote speaking engagements.
